I have a strange issue with SRV-IO. I had SRV-IO up and working without issue, then I plugged in a PCI video card to test out some functionality, and SRV-IO stopped functioning. I removed the PCI card, but SRV-IO still does not function. Anyone have any ideas what would cause this to happen?
ESXi v6.5.0 (Build 5310538)

A little further information. So it seems that PCI passthrough is actually still working but all the statuses look messed up when I look at the status list for the PCI devices. Attached is what the view looks like. Everything that says Active is actually working but all the statuses show either not capable, or in the case of the LSI controller it says disabled even though it is working.
Yeah I've got no clue here...
