Can't create iSCSI target from FreeNas

Hello,

I cannot create iSCSI targets from FreeNas.  I was able to on the ESXi 4.0 but not version 5.1.  I am able to see the targets on the Static Discovery tab after I entered the IP address on the Dynamic Discovery tab.

Any ideas?

Here is the error log:

Login to iSCSI target XXXXX on vmhba37 @ vmk0 failed.  The iSCSI initiator could not establish a network connection to the target.
