New-VApp in a particular folder?

Hi,

Is it possible to create a vApp inside a particular folder?  For example I have a folder:

get-vm 'devdocs' | Get-VMFolderPath

USRCZ1\vm\Build\TeamCity\Dev\

How can I create a new vApp in the "Dev" leaf?
