Aside for the release notes have you read anything at http://www.vmware.com/products/fusion/ like what's on the Features and Compare tabs from that URL? If after reading all of the product information that's readily available at VMware's web site you feel there is nothing there for you to upgrade then you don't need to be told why you should upgrade and then just don't!

VMware Fusion has always been available for a fully functional free 30 day trial, so there is absolutely no good reason whatsoever to have been burned even once much less many times!
