VMware has very high standards for their instructors - most have come from professional services working with vSphere. They all have to maintain excellent course feedbacks and are trained in the delivery of the courses in which they are to deliver. So taking a class from VMware or VATC you will be prepared. WIth that being said each instructor had their delivery stye which might not be to your liking.
