Hello, I've recently deployed View in our network, and all generally works well (we have a couple of pools, windows 7 and windows 8), however every so often a user will complain that they cannot connect to their desktop. An error occurs stating "no available desktop resource available".
If I go on to the vCenter server and look at the VM, the console screen shows a windows lock/logon screen, but is inaccessible. And you can immediately tell there is an issue as the time displayed on the console screen is the time it locked up. Usually if I power the VM off and on, its ok again for another week or so.
One thing I did find, was if in a locked state, even though I cannot access the desktop via RDP, PCoIP, or vSphere console, I can connect to the VM via computer manager, or connect to the VM's shares. So it just appears that the graphical output is locking.
Has anyone experienced issues like this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
