VOVA Troubleshooting steps

I have followed the troubleshooting steps to verify if my VOVA appliance is connecting properly to my vCenter/datacenter/cluster and I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong...

 

So I ssh'd into the VOVA appliance and verified the vCenter IP is pingable. I then proceeded to run the "nova hypervisor show <vcenter ip>" command that was wrong. So I figured out the proper command is nova hypervisor-show but now I get this error message:
