Welcome to the VMware Community.
It will take 4-6 weeks after you finish your exam. I finished mine on 18th of Sep and got it a couple of days ago.

Please check your "myTasks" page for steps that are required to complete your certification process. One step includes confirming your shipping address. Certificates will be sent to this address to arrive within 4-6 weeks of address confirmation. If you have already confirmed your address and it has been more than six weeks, please contact certification@vmware.com and include your certification number |
