How have you configured LDAP in vCenter? Is the vCenter joined to the domain? I had the similar issue when using the first option when configuring LDAP. Cant remember what it was called (can check when I connect again). Can you try changing the LDAP configuration to use "AD as an LDAP source" or similar. Also, in the current configuration, can you check if you are able to login using UPN format.

I had the same issue. I logged a call with VMware and it seems currently there is a mis-configuration of the sysctl.conf file that disables ipv6 on boot.
Here is the orig /etc/sysctl.conf file (note the nice spelling mistake). The second line is where it disables ipv6 on boot. You just need to remove that line and it is all sorted.
#Disbaling SLAAC/Link Local addresses net.ipv6.conf.eth0.disable_ipv6=1 kernel.core_uses_pid = 0 kernel.core_pattern = /var/core/core.%e.%p net.ipv4.conf.all.rp_filter=2 net.ipv4.conf.default.rp_filter=2

Can you provide the version number for Web Client in the About vSphere Client dialog box?
It looks like you're talking about 6.0 GA from 2015.
HTML views have been supported since Web Client 5.5.1 using the "HTML bridge". Your error "Unsupported plugin dependency type css" seems to be related to a <dependency type="css" ...> in plugin.xml: do you have one and what happens if you try the 6.0 Client after removing it?

The UserSession information is tied to each logged in user so there is no other information available during static initialization.
If you need to initialize something through the plugin that requires a vCenter session your only choice is to do it when the first user invokes the plugin.

How to check temporarily CBT file size, and Is ctkEnabled = "disable" option no problem???

Storage vMotion(svMotion) is using CBT(Changed Block Tracking).
So, When some files are modified, Changing data file is temporarily saved in source datastore.
In my case, one VMDK 1.5TB of MSSQL VM is running in 2TB LUN. In the VMDK, ".NDB files are 400GB and 600GB

How can I check the temporary file size of CBT during svMotion ???
I worry that storage size over becuase of increasing file during inserting query to the *.NDB.

If "scsix:x.ctkEnabled = "disable"" option in *.vmx is configured, Is svMotion is no problem?
Only the 1.5TB VMDK file is configured.
( I know *.ctk files are made by backup solution. However, Any backup soution is not installed like VDP. it's amazing.)

Service 'VMware CAF Management Agent Service' fails to start
I was having an issue with MACOS Sierra with VMWARE tools 7.1.3 and I know it is unsupported so I did the trial to the newest fusion. However, the machine is still booting the guest OS (Windows 10 Pro) into a black screen. We see the Windows log and then a black screen. I can get into safe mode no problem. I disabled the VMware video drivers and I can now get into windows guest os. However, I went to install the VMware tools hoping this will solve the issue, and I can't complete the install. I am getting Service 'VMware CAF Management Agent Service' (VMwareCAFManagementAgentHost) failed to start. Error 1053, failed to start in a timely manner. I have tried switching the user the service uses to startup the service to no availability. I can't get the tools installed without it, which will most likely fix my issue.
Any help is much appreciated.

Welcome to the Community,
in this case "Degraded" is not really correct. Volumes on this type of RAID controller (and other controllers too) are detected as external storage. That's likely the reason why the hypervisor's logic shows each LUN with less than 2 paths as "degraded", although it actually is not.
